Curtiss Homes originated from a prior builder and developer, Rex Curtiss (father of Chris Curtiss). With over 30 years of experience and in the second generation, the legacy goes on with the same knowledge, respect and honesty that has made this company a well-known name in Michigan.

Curtiss homes is unique because from start to finish, most work is preformed by us. We

provide such services as framing, painting, trim, concrete, landscaping, roofing, siding, tile, etc. Plumbing, electric and heating are sub-contracted by carefully selected, trusted companies. Homes 4,000 sq. feet or less are completed in 4-6 months. We are not a production building company, only building 5-10 homes per year, enabling us to build a quality homes and buildings at a reasonable price.
